By creating an account or using Match24/7 (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use Match24/7 if you are a registered sex offender or have been convicted of a felony involving violence.
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account.
You agree not to harass, threaten, impersonate, solicit, scam, or share sexual content involving minors. You will not scrape the Service, run bots, attempt to reverse-engineer the matching system, or sell access to your account. Violations result in immediate removal.
Match24/7 has zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, hate speech, and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, or any other protected characteristic. This applies to messages, profile content, video and voice on dates, group chats, and any other surface of the Service.
Enforcement. Reports are reviewed by a real human within 24 hours. Confirmed violations are handled on this ladder:
Severe cases skip directly to a permanent ban. Bans are enforced at the device, IP, email, phone, and payment-method level, and new accounts we identify as belonging to a banned user are also removed. See our accessibility and LGBTQIA+ pages for what this looks like in practice.
Match24/7 is exclusively for single, unattached adults seeking genuine connection. If you are married, engaged, partnered, or otherwise in a committed relationship, you may not create an account or use the Service, regardless of orientation, identity, or how your relationship is structured elsewhere.
If you're here to cause trouble, don't. Users who misrepresent their relationship status — especially those joining to deceive, harass, catfish, or hurt others — will be permanently banned without refund. Where a credible complaint is filed by the affected partner, we may confirm the existence of the account to that partner to the extent permitted by law.
Bans for violating this policy are enforced at the device, IP, email, phone, and payment-method level, and any new accounts we identify as belonging to a banned user are also removed.
Some features (including VIP Gold) require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
We take payment fraud and illegitimate chargebacks extremely seriously. Before disputing any charge with your bank or card issuer, you must first contact us at billing@match247.app so we can resolve the issue directly. Most disputes can be settled within one business day.

We retain detailed evidence for every transaction — including login history, session IPs, device fingerprints, IP geolocation, and feature usage — and we submit this evidence in response to every chargeback. Filing a fraudulent dispute is a crime in many jurisdictions and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
If you genuinely believe a charge is wrong, email us first. We are reasonable people and we want to fix real problems.
Except where required by applicable consumer-protection law, all purchases are non-refundable once the corresponding feature has been delivered or used. We may, at our sole discretion, offer goodwill refunds or service credits.
You keep ownership of the photos, videos, intro clips, and messages you upload, but you grant Match24/7 a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content to operate the Service. You represent that you own or have the right to upload everything you post.
Media distribution consent. By uploading any photo, image, video, audio, intro clip, or other media to Match24/7 (collectively, "User Media"), you expressly acknowledge and agree that your User Media may be downloaded, streamed, published, or distributed as part of operating, promoting, and delivering the Service — including transmission to other users during matches and dates, caching and re-encoding across our infrastructure and content-delivery partners, playback on user devices, and moderation review. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this consent for every person appearing in your User Media, and that no such person is a minor.
Match24/7 facilitates introductions, but you are responsible for your own safety. Meet in public, tell a friend, and review our safety guidelines. We are not liable for the conduct of any user, on or off the Service.
Match24/7 has zero tolerance for human trafficking and the exploitation of any person. See our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy for how to report and how we cooperate with law enforcement.
We can suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms — including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or chargebacks. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Match24/7's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
